Lucy has a Masters of Science in Nutrition & Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). She works with clients from a functional perspective which focuses on lifestyle, sleep, environment, stress and relationships in addition to diet. Clients are encouraged to embrace a whole-foods diet as they explore the path to a healthier relationship with food and with themselves.
