Trigger Point Dry Needling

Dr. Carr has advanced training in the technique called dry needling for the treatment of myofascial trigger points and pain syndromes. A myofascial trigger point is a tender spot located in a tight section of muscle. They are typically referred to as "knots" and can result from a history of poor posture, injury, and are exacerbated by stress. This method of treatment is very effective in deactivating the trigger points and alleviating pain of both chronic and acute nature.
