This approach incorporates the entire postural system in an integrated manner. This includes consideration that the human body functions in neuromuscular patterns that are asymmetrical in nature. This means that the right and left sides of the body are typically treated differently. 

Choices in footwear and at times custom orthotics are also considered in this program to create the most appropriate interface between the foot and the ground which is critical for optimal running function.
